Synopsis
Hellboy’s B.P.R.D. partner, Bobbie Jo, joins him in 1959 for her very first field assignment. The rookie finds herself traveling through the wilds of Appalachia aboard a train, accompanied by a monstrous, slumbering spider. But when the beast is suddenly roused, chaos erupts, leading to a violent struggle. The train derails, and Hellboy and Bobbie Jo find themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere. As they navigate the dense jungle, they cross paths with Tom, a veteran returning home to confront his past. Together, they venture to a secluded house harboring a cursed child, uncovering dark secrets about the local witches along the way. Knowing the area’s sinister history, Tom joins Hellboy and Bobbie Jo, determined to confront the evil that lurks nearby.
