Synopsis
The Best Christmas Pageant Ever tells the story of learning to love one’s neighbors, even when those neighbors are difficult. Set in a small town, the story revolves around a group of misfit children known as “The Herdmans,” infamous for their bad behavior. These six siblings are considered the most troublesome kids around, regularly causing trouble with lies, theft, and bullying to get what they want. When the director of the town’s annual Christmas Pageant is injured, there’s no choice but to find a new one. Beth’s mother, Grace Bradley, reluctantly steps up, but soon faces pressure from various townspeople to overhaul the lackluster production
