The Paragon

What is The Paragon? This is the question Dutch is about to uncover in a microbudget fantasy-comedy set in an Auckland now plagued by powerful psychics. Dutch, an average guy, is special for one peculiar reason—he recently died. A victim of a hit-and-run, he was technically dead for about six seconds before being revived. Now, severely injured and reliant on a crutch, this former tennis instructor is bent on revenge. He turns to the enigmatic psychic, Lyra, to teach him telekinesis so he can track down the person who hit him. It turns out that Dutch’s brush with death has granted him extraordinary power and entangles him in a mind-bending conflict with Lyra’s brother, Haxan, who plans to use a mysterious device called The Paragon to dominate the world.
